BOOTCAMP - Objectives 2 and 3

Infin8Bootcamp Mission Notes...

Objectives 2 and 3 are complete.

The following report explains the details of the past 14 days of operation INFIN8.

Objective 2.
The last week of enrollment. Recruits were put through their paces and some of the creases were ironed out. Discipline is increasing within the group and the recruits are learning that their every move, breath and thought is being monitored.

Sgt Hillier and myself put the naive recruits through some drills that can best be described as QUOTE: 'savage' and 'Epic' END QUOTE.

The conditions held up, but rain is due.

All 10 recruits passed the enrollment process.
I have compiled the following report.

Horne is showing potential. she is also realising that unless she enjoys numerous amounts of press ups, she should keep her complaints to herself.
Greene and Brown are taking orders well and showing resilience. Im not sure if i am happy about this or if i need to try harder to break them.
Laborda.F is showing early signs of acceleration.
Laborda.J is showing clear understanding of 'the system'
I cant seem to separate Hodges.R and Hodges.A from their marriage antics. I have an idea of how i can break them down.
Smith showed her determination and broke through the pain barrier this week. Shes a different person now. Its almost like the old Smith died on the battlefield that morning, and has been replaced with a bulletproof soldier.
Trotter has the focus of a highly trained sniper.
Bacon continues to just get the job done. She would make a good interrogator.



Objective 3.
Today, the recruits were assigned their uniform and put into their regiments.

There are 2 regiments. Regiment H - led by Sgt Hillier, and Regiment G led by myself.

The regiments were decided based on the results of the 2 enrollment weeks.
Physical ability, performance and potential were taken into account. As well as determination, team leadership skills and personality.
