Well, we are 1 week in, and already I am seeing attitudes change for the better!

The physical tests have been taken, and some impressive start levels recorded...Now to watch you all develop and get fitter each session!

All measurements are in and the ‘string’ in pinned to the wall!

And...Its a fact...The most hated exercise is THE JUMP SQUATS!
